Job summary

Spearing Executive Search is assisting a Global Fortune 500 company in the electronics industry in Penang to hire a skilled Business Analyst. You will design and implement B2B system solutions, work with external partners and internal stakeholders, and translate business needs into clear system requirements.

The role requires at least 1 year of B2B experience, a relevant degree, and familiarity with EDIFACT, ANSI X12, RosettaNet, XML, and WebMethods/AI.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in B2B implementation and support of operational systems.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with transferable knowledge.
• Familiarity with B2B technologies: EDIFACT, ANSI X12, RosettaNet, Flat File, XML, and WebMethods/EDI.
• Understanding of the project development cycle.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Identify changes to system interfaces and behavior based on existing B2B architecture.
• Collaborate with partners and stakeholders to gather business requirements.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings to address problems or system issues.
• Create and maintain solution and functional specifications.
• Translate business needs into system requirements and review designs with the development team.
• Provide second-level B2B system support.
• Undertake other duties as assigned to meet business needs.
