Job summary

B2B Commerce (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking an IT Business Analyst/Project Manager to oversee delivery of innovative solutions that align technology with business goals in Malaysia. You will manage project lifecycles, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure projects meet time, budget, and quality expectations.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in PM/IT/Business with 5–7 years of experience, strong Agile/Scrum knowledge, and excellent communication skills.

The role involves managing project lifecycles, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring technical and business feasibility

Develop and maintain a detailed project plan to track progress and ensure milestones are achieved

About you

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse teams and stakeholders

Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project)

Independent and proactive in managing multiple projects in a dynamic environment

Mandarin proficiency is required as this role involves managing and communicating with Mandarin-speaking clients

Certification in project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile, Scrum) is a plus
