Job summary

Hilti (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking an IT Business Analyst for Large Projects (TRM) to drive digitalization of workflows and process automation. You will bridge business needs with IT delivery, enhance ClickUp-based solutions, and integrate with enterprise systems to improve efficiency across Large Projects, Engineering, and PMO.

You’ll collaborate with stakeholders, design scalable process improvements, and lead the delivery of dashboards and reporting to support executive decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information management, CS, engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of IT, business analysis or digital workflow experience.
• Experience with ClickUp, ServiceNow, Jira or similar platforms.
• Understanding of project delivery, PMO, and operational processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; quick learner and proactive.
• Excellent English communication and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand challenges and operational needs.
• Translate requirements into technical specs, user stories and flows.
• Configure and optimize ClickUp workflows, dashboards, automations and reports.
• Drive end-to-end integration across ClickUp and other enterprise systems.
• Design dashboards and KPIs to improve visibility and decision making.
• Support solution delivery from ideation to adoption and operation.
• Collaborate with Product Owner and tech teams on backlog and requirements.
