Job summary

Tokio Marine Insurance Group (Asia) is looking for a proactive Business Analyst in Kuala Lumpur. You will assist project managers, ensure clear business requirements, and translate them into documentation while coordinating with IT to maintain smooth development cycles.

Responsibilities include facilitating meetings, tracking progress, and supporting UAT and testing reporting. Fresh graduates are welcome; 1 year experience is preferred, and knowledge of RPA is a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business or Insurance related disciplines is required.
• Certification in Project Management and Business Improvement is an advantage.
• Minimum 1 year experience, preferably in project management or involvement in projects of the Business Analyst role.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Analytical and problem solving skills to build roadmaps towards delivering business objectives.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain detailed documentation of business solutions.

Responsibilities

• Assist the project managers to track progress against the project plan.
• Facilitate regular meetings with agenda and minutes; record notes and communicate minutes.
• Work with business teams to define requirements and translate into business user requirement documentation.
• Act as the point of contact throughout the project development cycle.
• Collaborate with IT to ensure an efficient development process.
• Manage day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of allocated projects.
• Coordinate pre-project planning activities (RFI, RFP, tender) per Procurement Policy.
• Determine project objectives by studying business functions and gathering information.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
• Support User Acceptance Testing: testing strategy, triage, progress, defects, and testing reports.
