Job summary

Radii Global is seeking a Technical Business Analyst/IT Business Analyst with hands-on experience in AI and e-invoicing projects. You will work with business stakeholders and technical teams to analyse requirements and support delivery of technology solutions.

You should have a degree in IT or Computer Science and practical knowledge of API, ERP integrations, SDLC and Agile practices, with strong analytical and communication skills to drive successful implementations.

The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to analyse requirements and support the delivery of technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Gather and analyse business and technical requirements.

Translate business needs into functional specifications.

Work closely with developers and stakeholders on software implementation.

Support AI and e-invoicing projects, including system integration and enhancements.

Coordinate UAT, testing and project documentation.

Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.

Job Requirements

Degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field.

Experience as a Technical Business Analyst, IT Business Analyst or similar role.

Mandatory: Hands-on experience in AI-related projects or implementations.

Mandatory: Hands-on experience in e-invoicing projects or implementations.

Strong understanding of software applications and system integration.

Good analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.

Experience with API, ERP, SDLC and Agile methodologies is an advantage.
