Job summary

Radii Global is seeking a Technical Business Analyst/IT Business Analyst with hands-on experience in AI and e-invoicing projects. You will work with business stakeholders and technical teams to analyse requirements and support delivery of technology solutions.

You should have a degree in IT or Computer Science and practical knowledge of API, ERP integrations, SDLC and Agile practices, with strong analytical and communication skills to drive successful implementations.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience as Technical Business Analyst or IT Business Analyst.
• Hands-on experience in AI-related projects.
• Hands-on experience in e-invoicing projects.
• Strong understanding of software applications and system integration.
• Good analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyse business and technical requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications.
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders on software implementation.
• Support AI and e-invoicing projects with system integration and enhancements.
• Coordinate UAT, testing and project documentation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
