Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in CS/IT/SE/Business Information Systems.
• At least 3 years in software development or IT analysis.
• Experience in e-invoicing projects.
• Understanding of SDLC.
• Knowledge of APIs, databases, or system integration.
• Ability to translate technical concepts to business needs.
• Experience preparing functional specs and tech docs.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management.
• Teamwork with technical and non-technical colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and document business and technical requirements.
• Translate requirements into functional and technical specs with developers and PMs.
• Participate in the SDLC: analysis, development coordination, testing, deployment, and support.
• Analyse existing processes for improvements and enhancements.
• Support e-invoicing projects including integration and workflow analysis.
• Prepare technical docs, process flows, user stories, and specs.
• Coordinate UAT, investigate defects, and assist with resolutions.
• Ensure solutions meet business and technical expectations.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business users.
