Panasonic Industrial Device Sales (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking an IT Assistant Manager / IT Senior Executive to lead IT infrastructure planning and management in Kuala Lumpur. The role emphasizes networks, servers, cybersecurity, and compliance with a strong focus on stakeholder relationships.

The candidate should have a degree in IT or CS and at least five years of IT leadership experience, capable of driving projects and coordinating cross-functional IT teams to support evolving business needs.

Responsibilities

• Oversees planning, deployment and management of IT infrastructure components including networks, servers and storage.
• Collaborates with IT teams (application development, cybersecurity) to support new technologies.
• Manages day-to-day operational and project tasks within the IT Infrastructure team.
• Manages internal/external communications and serves as primary escalation contact for business issues.
• Assists with relationships with external organizations and suppliers.

IT ASSISTANT MANAGER / IT SENIOR EXECUTIVE <>

Candidate must possess at least a degree in information technology or computer science, or related field.

Previous experience of leading an operations management team within an IT capacity.

Proven knowledge and technical expertise in IT systems, hardware and software

Job Responsibilities :-

Oversees the planning, deployment, and management of all essential IT infrastructure components, including networks, servers and storage.

Working closely with other IT teams, like application development andcybersecurity, to ensure that infrastructure can support new technologies and business initiatives.

Managing the day to day operational and Projects tasks within the IT Infrastructure team.

Managing internal and external communications and being the primary contact of escalation for business issues.

Assisting with the management of relationships with external organizations and suppliers.
