Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an L2 support analyst to provide technical assistance for internal and external systems, both remotely and on-site. You will monitor system health and troubleshoot issues to keep the platform stable for daily business tasks.

You will manage data flows between platforms, fix API and ETL problems, support end-of-period closing, and collaborate with developers, vendors and business users to deliver clear reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in application support or similar role.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication with technical and non-technical teams.
• Willing to participate in on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2 technical support for internal and external systems (remote and on-site).
• Monitor system health to keep platform stable and available for daily tasks.
• Troubleshoot and fix system errors and integration issues within SLAs.
• Manage data flow between platforms, fix API and ETL issues.
• Oversee period-end closing and ensure data accuracy for reports.
• Collaborate with developers, vendors and business users to resolve issues.
• Analyze data to create clear business reports.
