Job summary

Bina Initiatives Sdn Bhd is seeking a motivated IT Support Executive to join our team in Malaysia. The successful candidate will provide technical support, implement software, maintain systems, and assist customers across applications and IT infrastructure.

Requirements include a Diploma or Bachelor's in IT/CS/SE, at least 1 year in IT support, knowledge of Windows, networking, servers, and hardware, plus strong communication. Travel to customer sites may be required.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 1 year of IT support, system implementation, or application support; fresh graduates with strong skills are encouraged to apply.
Knowledge of Windows operating systems, networking, servers, and hardware troubleshooting.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities; good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

Install and configure software applications for clients and group companies.
Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for web-based and mobile applications.
Troubleshoot application, software, and hardware issues efficiently.
Coordinate with product principals to resolve technical issues.
Perform system configuration, maintenance, upgrades, and enhancements.
Prepare service reports, work orders, recovery documentation, and meeting minutes.
