Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in application support, production support, or support-focused software development.
• Strong experience supporting applications built with ASP.NET, .NET, C#, RESTful API, and Entity Framework.
• Working knowledge of frontend technologies, including Angular, React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with MySQL / SQL Server, including query analysis, data validation, stored procedures, and basic performance troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary L1–L3 application support for business-critical enterprise applications.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and drive corrective actions.
• Support production releases and deployment validation.
• Perform enhancements, bug fixes, and configuration updates.
• Support critical business activities during Malaysian public holidays.
