Job summary

MCSB Group is seeking an entry level IT support specialist to assist with manufacturing applications. You will troubleshoot using code, logs, and databases to resolve incidents, and follow up to close backlog cases. Rotation day/night shifts and regional support are part of the role.

Fresh graduates or IT interns in software, AI or developer fields are encouraged to apply. Collaborative team environment and structured handover practices are expected.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of C#, Python, Java, MySQL, Oracle and Microsoft applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to work in a team.
• Fresh graduates or IT interns in software/AI/developer fields are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Entry level support for manufacturing applications.
• Troubleshoot by reading code, logs, and databases to resolve incidents.
• Follow up, resolve and close backlog cases/incidents.
• Meet SLA: respond within 30 minutes after incident retrieval.

Job description

• Entry Level Support for manufacturing applications
• To provide troubleshooting (reading code/logs file/ databases) to resolve incident/issue
• To follow up, resolve and close all backlog cases/ incidents
• SLA Response time within 30 minutes upon retrieval of incident/cases
• Supporting Hours: 8am to 8pm / 8pm to 8am support on rotating basis
• To support both local and China region
• Daily meeting before end work with teammate to do handover daily support and senior to eliminate the outstanding incidents about the root cause and resolution

Job Requirements:

• Knowledge in C#, Python, Java, MySQL, Oracle, Microsoft applications
• Minimum Diploma holder or above in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
• Ability to work with a team and a good team player
• Excellent analytical and problems solving skills
• Highly self-motivated and directed
• Able to work on monthly rotation day/night shift pattern with 4 3 4 3 work days support
• Fresh graduate or just finished IT Intern in software, AI or developer field are encouraged to apply
