Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an Entry Level Support for manufacturing applications to assist in troubleshooting code, logs, databases, and resolve incidents. You will work with a team to address backlog cases and maintain SLA response times.

The role covers both local and China regions with rotating day/night shifts, and daily handover with teammates to ensure root cause resolution and smooth operations. Fresh IT graduates in software/AI fields are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide troubleshooting for manufacturing applications (code/logs/databases).
• Resolve incidents and clear backlog cases.
• Maintain SLA response times within 30 minutes of incident retrieval.
• Support local and China regions with rotating day/night shifts.
• Daily handover with teammates and seniors to identify root causes and solutions.

• Entry Level Support for manufacturing applications
• To provide troubleshooting (reading code/logs file/ databases) to resolve incident/issue
• To follow up, resolve and close all backlog cases/ incidents
• SLA Response time within 30 minutes upon retrieval of incident/cases
• Supporting Hours: 8am to 8pm / 8pm to 8am support on rotating basis
• To support both local and China region
• Daily meeting before end work with teammate to do handover daily support and senior to eliminate the outstanding incidents about the root cause and resolution

Job Requirements:

• Knowledge in C#, Python, Java, MySQL, Oracle, Microsoft applications
• Minimum Diploma holder or above in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
• Ability to work with a team and a good team player
• Excellent analytical and problems solving skills
• Highly self-motivated and directed
• Able to work on monthly rotation day/night shift pattern with 4 3 4 3 work days support
• Fresh graduate or just finished IT Intern in software, AI or developer field are encouraged to apply
