Job summary

Solid Corporation Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking an IT Analyst to provide day-to-day ERP support, troubleshoot issues and collaborate with users and IT teams to enhance ERP functionality.

You will develop reports and dashboards using Power BI, support data migrations, and create user guides and training materials while leveraging Microsoft 365 tools to automate workflows and boost productivity. This role requires 2 years of relevant experience and a Diploma or Bachelor's in IT.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day ERP system support, troubleshooting and resolving user issues.

• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards and queries to support business decision-making.
• Test system enhancements, new features and upgrades to ensure functionality and accuracy.
• Prepare user guides, training materials and system documentation.

• Leverage Microsoft 365 tools such as Power BI, Teams and Power Automate to improve productivity, streamline processes and automate workflows.
• To undertake any ad-hoc duties/ projects assigned by the immediate superior.

About the role

As an IT Analyst, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day ERP support, troubleshoot system issues, collaborate with users and IT teams to enhance system functionality, and develop reports and dashboards to support business decisions. The role will also support system upgrades, data migration, user training and documentation, while leveraging Microsoft 365 tools such as Power BI, Teams and Power Automate to streamline processes, improve productivity and automate workflows.

Key responsibilities

Provide day-to-day ERP system support, troubleshooting and resolving user issues;

Collaborate with business users and IT teams to configure, enhance and optimize ERP solutions;

Develop and maintain reports, dashboards and queries to support business decision-making;

Test system enhancements, new features and upgrades to ensure functionality and accuracy;

Prepare user guides, training materials and system documentation;

Requirements

Possess Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent;

At least 2 years of relevant working experience in a similar role;

Knowledgeable in ERP System, M/S. SQL, Crystal report/Jet Report/Power BI;

Strong problem-solving and communication skills, both written and verbal;

A team player and able to work independently.
