Job summary

MAMEE Malaysia is seeking an IT support professional to provide end-to-end operational support for both on-premises and cloud infrastructure, including hardware, software and enterprise environments. You will deliver day-to-day support for in-house apps and end-user computing to ensure business continuity and productivity.

You will lead deployment and user enablement of software solutions, including training sessions, and manage change requests through the full lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS or equivalent.
• Strong technical knowledge of hardware, software and applications.
• CCNA and/or Azure Fundamentals are an advantage.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin an advantage.
• Working experience in IT support is a plus.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate possess Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science and/or equivalent
• Possess strong technical knowledge hardware/software/applications.
• Working experience in IT an added advantage
• Skills to envisage possible problems, determine and implement solutions. combined with good analysis skills and ability to quickly learn new concepts and systems
• Excellent communication and presentations skills to cooperate with people at different organization levels.
• CCNA//Azure Fundamentals will be an added advantage
• Ability to communicate concepts in elegant, concise, eloquent form to management and to cross-functional departments or teams verbally, in writing, and through pictures or diagrams when appropriate.
• Good written and verbal communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Bahasa Mandarin will be an added advantage
