Job summary

Jobstreet Malaysia is seeking an ISO compliance executive to assist the Lead Auditor and the Head of Compliance. You will help identify hazards, assess risks, and ensure adherence to ISO9001/ISO14001 and local regulations.

The role requires proactive individuals with 3+ years in a similar field and willingness to travel across Peninsular Malaysia. You will support audit activities, maintain records, and help establish/monitor the workplace committee, contributing to continual improvement and

Qualifications

Diploma or higher in any field
Knowledge of ISO9001 and ISO14001 preferred
Willing to travel within Peninsular Malaysia
Proactive and able to work with minimal supervision
3+ years experience in a compliance-related role

Responsibilities

Assist Lead Auditor with the ISO committee.
Assist in hazard identification and risk assessment processes.
Help ensure compliance with local regulations and standards.
Support internal and external audit activities and document findings.
Maintain up-to-date compliance records and audit papers.
Respond to concerns and complaints and take action as directed by HOD.
Assist in establishing and monitoring the workplace committee.
Review subordinates' work to ensure policy compliance and service quality.
Identify procedural improvements and recommend changes.
Perform related duties as assigned by HOD and contribute to continuous improvement.
