Job summary

CITY FACILITIES MANAGEMENT SDN. BHD. is seeking an HSEQ professional to drive ISO compliance, quality, safety, and risk initiatives across its Asia operations. You will coordinate audits, maintain policies, and manage document control to ensure robust records and continual improvement.

The role requires 3–5 years in HSEQ with ISO knowledge, strong documentation, and stakeholder communication skills, plus proficiency in MS Office and SharePoint.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Quality Management, Business, Risk Management, HSE, Occupational Safety & Health, or a related discipline.
• Certified Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor qualification for ISO standards.
• Minimum 3–5 years' experience in HSEQ, ISO Compliance, Quality Assurance, Risk Management, or a related field.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 standards.
• Experience in audit coordination, document control, and records management.
• Familiarity with SharePoint, MS Teams, or similar document management platforms.
• Understanding of risk management, process improvement, and corrective action management.
• Strong documentation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
• Good written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal and external ISO audits, including planning, scheduling, evidence collection, audit support, and follow-up actions.
• Maintain and improve company policies, procedures, and management system documentation.
• Manage document control processes, ensuring records are accurate, current, and compliant with company requirements.
• Monitor and maintain quality, health, safety, environmental, and business risk registers.
• Track audit findings, corrective actions, non-conformances, and improvement initiatives to ensure timely closure.
• Prepare HSEQ reports, dashboards, and management review documentation.
• Support compliance reviews and monitor changes to relevant regulatory and ISO requirements.
• Coordinate HSEQ awareness programs, training initiatives, safety campaigns, and emergency preparedness activities.
• Support continuous improvement projects and process enhancement workshops across the business.
• Provide guidance on document management through SharePoint, MS Teams, and related platforms.
