Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or related field is required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in quality management.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management systems and industry best practices.
• Experience handling customer complaints, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions.
• Proficiency in quality assurance tools such as Six Sigma, 8D, and SPC.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Priority to start with shortest notice period.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
• Monitor and evaluate production processes to identify areas for improvement in quality and efficiency.
• Conduct internal audits and coordinate external audits to maintain ISO 9001 certification.
• Analyze data and generate reports on quality performance, defects, and corrective actions.
• Lead a team of quality control inspectors, providing training and guidance.
• Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations related to electroplating processes.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and sales teams to resolve quality-related issues.
• Develop and enforce quality control procedures and inspection criteria.
