Job summary

Private Advertiser in Malaysia seeks a seasoned Quality Systems professional to establish, implement, maintain and continuously improve IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems at its site in Tanjung Malim, Perak. You will lead audits, document control and cross‑functional collaboration to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in Quality System / Quality Management, preferably in the manufacturing or automotive industry.
• Proficient in IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
• Familiar with VDA 6.3, APQP, PFMEA, PPAP, MSA and SPC.
• Experience in conducting and managing internal and external audits.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese a plus.
• Able to communicate across departments and with external parties.

Responsibilities

• Establish, implement, maintain and improve IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems.
• Optimize quality and environmental management system processes and objectives.
• Lead and coordinate internal and external audits and follow up on audit findings and corrective actions.
• Independently handle customer and third-party audits.
• Manage, maintain and update quality and environmental management system documents.
• Monitor compliance with relevant laws, regulations and management system requirements.
• Identify and evaluate quality and environmental risks and opportunities.
• Organize quality system meetings, training and continuous improvement activities.
• Support 5S implementation and other quality/environment-related activities.
• Prepare quality, environmental and management system reports and documentation.
• Communicate QMS requirements and information across departments and with external parties.
