Job summary

TITAN FORCE SDN BHD is seeking an Coordinate and Document Controller to implement and maintain IMS compliance with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, and ISO 18788:2015. The role includes compiling SOPs, reviewing QMS documents, and preparing ISO audit plans and reports.

Successful candidates will have a degree or diploma in Administration/Management/QHSE or related field, with knowledge of ISO standards and a willingness to develop QHSE processes. Company offers career progression and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience or familiarity with QMS ISO 9001:2015 and IMS systems.
• Ability to compile, review and improve SOPs, WI, and related documents.
• Knowledge of statutory and regulatory requirements related to QHSE.

Responsibilities

• Compile and maintain documentation including SOPs, flowcharts, procedures, WI and forms.
• Review and improve QMS ISO 9001/IATF 16949 documents including Quality Manual and WI.
• Establish, implement, maintain IMS compliance to ISO standards (9001:2015, 45001:2018, 18788:2015).
• Prepare audit plans and audit reports for ISO audits.
• Support top management in developing and improving company policies.
