Job summary

Kayaku Safety Systems (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Document Controller to oversee the QMS documentation, ensure ISO 9001 compliance, and maintain controlled documents and records. You will support change control and audit readiness.

Responsibilities include preparing yearly internal audit plans and schedules, producing KPI and management review reports, and contributing to QMS performance analyses. Requirements: Bachelor degree and 2–3 years' QA experience in manufacturing; ISO 9001 knowledge; IATF

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree and 2–3 years of QA experience in manufacturing
• Good knowledge of ISO 9001; IATF 16949 is a plus
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in document control within a manufacturing/QMS environment

Responsibilities

• Oversee documentation for the company's QMS and ensure ISO 9001 compliance
• Prepare yearly internal audit plan, audit schedule and audit program
• Prepare KPI scorecard reports, management review materials and QMS performance reports
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
