ENCHEM SDN. BHD. is seeking an experienced Project Manager cum site agent for full-time work on Pangkor Island, Perak.

You will oversee planning, execution, and completion of construction projects from inception to handover, combining strategic project management with hands-on site supervision to deliver on time, within budget, and to high quality standards. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering or related field and 5–7 years of construction project management

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
5–7 years of construction project management and site supervision.
Proven track record delivering projects on time and within budget.
Knowledge of construction methods, codes, and best practices.

Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and oversee all construction project aspects including scheduling and budgeting.
Supervise daily site operations, ensuring safety, quality, and contractual compliance.
Monitor progress, report KPIs to management, and manage contractor performance.
Prepare project documentation and control project costs with cost-saving measures.
Communicate with clients and stakeholders to manage expectations on island projects.
Lead and mentor site teams to foster a collaborative work environment.
