Job summary

Ambition is seeking a senior finance leader to own IPO readiness for a Bursa Malaysia listing within 24-36 months. You will lead the end-to-end IPO workplan, oversee governance to public-company standards, and develop the equity story with the Board and advisers.

This is a permanent role in a technology SME requiring depth, resilience, and compressed timelines. The ideal candidate has 10–15+ years of progressive finance leadership, CPA/MIA or equivalent, and proven IPO experience ( Bursa

Qualifications

• 10-15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience
• IPO experience, ideally Bursa Malaysia
• Public-listed company finance leadership experience
• MFRS/IFRS and Bursa Listing Requirements knowledge
• Big 4 audit background preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end IPO workplan including timeline and adviser management
• Professionalise financial reporting, controls and governance to public-company standards
• Develop the equity story, financial narrative, and forecast with advisers and the Board
• Manage capital structure, treasury, banking relationships and tax planning
• Build the finance team and Investor Relations to public-company standards
