Job summary

Agensi Pekerjaan Executive Recruiters in Kuala Lumpur invites a senior finance leader to spearhead IPO preparation and execution for Bursa Malaysia.

You will work closely with the Principal Adviser, auditors, reporting accountants, legal counsel, and the company secretary to prepare audited financial statements, MD&A, and Prospectus sections ensuring compliance with Bursa Malaysia Listing Requirements and SC guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance or related field.
• Professional qualification such as CPA, CA, ACCA, or MIA is required.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive finance experience with leadership.
• IPO preparation experience (preferred on Bursa Malaysia) or listed company exposure.

Responsibilities

• Lead the finance workstream for the company’s IPO on Bursa Malaysia.
• Coordinate preparation of audited financial statements, MD&A, and Prospectus sections.
• Ensure compliance with Bursa Malaysia Listing Requirements and SC guidelines.
• Support financial due diligence, valuation, and submission processes.
• Develop and implement internal controls, governance frameworks and risk management.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly and annual reporting under MFRS/IFRS and liaise with auditors.
