Qualifications

• Proven track record as CEO or senior FMCG executive.

• MBA or business degree preferred.

Role Overview:

The CEO will lead the organizations overall strategy, operations, and growth, with a strong focus on scaling the business, driving market share, and preparing for a potential IPO. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership in the FMCG sector, strong commercial acumen, and hands-on experience with IPOs or public company management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the long-term vision, strategy, and growth roadmap.
• IPO Readiness & Governance: Lead IPO-related efforts, ensuring compliance with governance and regulatory requirements.
• Business Growth: Drive sales, profitability, and market expansion while building sustainable advantages.
• Operational Excellence: Establish scalable systems, structures, and processes while maintaining agility.
• Team Leadership: Attract, mentor, and retain high-performing teams; foster an entrepreneurial culture.

Key Requirements:

Proven track record as CEO, MD, or senior executive leader within FMCG.

Mandatory experience leading a company through IPO/listing.

• Strong knowledge of corporate governance, investor relations, and financial markets.
• Commercially driven with experience scaling businesses in competitive environments.
• Comfortable operating in a start-up/entrepreneurial culture while building toward scale.

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related discipline; MBA preferred.
