Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of stable experience in an administrative role or legal secretary role.
• Experience in the Intellectual Property industry or patent prosecution would be a bonus.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Preparing official documents for the review of Patent Engineers.
• Monitoring crucial deadlines for respective Patent Engineers.
• Assisting in managing aspects of the prosecution workflow.
