Job summary

• Monitor industry trends and shareholder concerns; advise Management and Board.
• Collaborate with external IR consultants to prepare quarterly financial briefings, decks, and Q&A materials.
• Ensure consistent narrative and data presentation to the investment community.
• Organize investor seminars, conferences and roadshows to showcase strategic initiatives and financial performance.
• Coordinate preparation and distribution of the annual report with internal and external partners.
• Continuously improve IR processes leveraging automation and technology.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by senior management.

The Investor Relations Manager will play a pivotal role in managing the Company's relationship with the investment community and various stakeholders. This position is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive investor relations strategies to enhance the Company's visibility, credibility, and shareholder value. The successful candidate will possess a strong background in finance, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and implement the Company's investor relations program, including setting strategic objectives and KPIs.

Manage the investor relations budget and oversee investor relations staff members, providing leadership and guidance as needed.

Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with institutional investors, research analysts, and other members of the investment community.

Serve as the primary point of contact for investor inquiries and feedback, providing timely and accurate responses.

Monitor industry trends, shareholder concerns, and competitor actions to provide valuable insights and recommendations to Management and the Board of Directors.

Collaborate with external investor relations consultants to prepare quarterly financial briefings, presentation decks, and Q&A materials.

Ensure that the Company's narrative, image, and data are consistently presented to the investment community in a professional and compelling manner.

Organize and/or participate in key investor seminars, conferences, and roadshows to showcase the Company's strategic initiatives and financial performance.

Coordinate the preparation and distribution of the Company's annual report, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Continuously improve and streamline investor relations processes, leveraging automation and technology solutions where applicable.

Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by senior management.

Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Investment / Economic / Accounting / Banking / Communication or equivalent from a recognized institution

At least 5 years of relevant working experience

Excellent communication skills across all organisational levels and communication platforms

Ability to develop relationships both inside and outside the Company

Ability to see the bigger picture and contribute to any discussion beyond the specific remit of the role

Proactive and organised, with the ability to work autonomously

Ability to multi-task withattention to detail and high level of accuracy

Ability to respond sensitively and appropriately to confidential issues and information

Flexibility to travel as and when required
