Job summary

KPJ Selangor Specialist Hospital is seeking an Executive of Investment Unit to support evaluation of investment proposals, prepare IC materials, and coordinate strategic initiatives. The role involves financial analysis, benchmarking, and ensuring timely documentation.

You will liaise with internal stakeholders, assist in tracking decisions, and monitor approved investments against budget and timeline, in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or related fields.
• Fresh graduate or up to 3 years of relevant experience in finance, audit, consulting, or corporate roles.
• Internship experience in finance, investment, or advisory roles will be an advantage.
• Strong analytical and numerical aptitude.
• Good attention to detail and documentation discipline.
• Willingness to learn and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in evaluating investment proposals and feasibility studies.
• Assist in preparing IC papers and supporting financial analysis.
• Support coordination with PMD and Company Secretary for IC processes.
• Track IC decisions and follow-up actions.
• Monitor investments against scope, budget and timelines.
• Prepare periodic project progress and portfolio monitoring reports.
• Coordinate data gathering with internal stakeholders.
