Job summary
KPJ Selangor Specialist Hospital is seeking a senior leader to provide strategic and operational leadership for the New Technology and Digital Hospital portfolio, driving the technology roadmap, governance, and investment prioritisation across hospitals to improve patient safety, clinical effectiveness and experience.
You will sponsor pilots, co-design solutions with clinical and operational teams, ensure cybersecurity and regulatory compliance, and deliver measurable benefits with strong vendor
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related discipline.
- Master's degree in a relevant field is an added advantage.
- 12+ years of technology delivery or digital transformation experience, healthcare preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the Group New Technology and Digital Hospital roadmap.
- Lead assessment of emerging technologies, market trends and business cases.
- Sponsor proofs of concept, pilots and multi-hospital deployments.
- Drive digital hospital programmes including smart wards, IoT and AI-enabled care.
- Engage leadership and cross-functional teams to drive adoption and change.
- Oversee governance, budgets, vendor relations and benefits realisation.
- Ensure architecture, privacy, cybersecurity and regulatory compliance.
