Job summary

KPJ Selangor Specialist Hospital is seeking a qualified Finance Manager to oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and treasury activities in line with Malaysian accounting standards. You will manage monthly finalisation, statutory filings, liaise with auditors, tax agents and bankers, monitor cash, assets and stock, and lead the budgeting process while developing the finance team.

Qualifications

• Good interpersonal, communication skills and fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly financial statements and reports according to deadlines.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, bankers, and corporate office as required.
• Monitor cash flow, assets, stock counts, and implement internal controls.
• Lead annual budgeting process and management reporting for CEO and Board approval.
• Ensure compliance with applicable Malaysian accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Supervise and coach finance staff and foster training and development.
