Job summary

KPJ Selangor Specialist Hospital is seeking a Finance Analyst to support financial monitoring, reporting, compliance and reviews across the Group. You will assist in preparing and analyzing financial information, tracking submissions, and driving improvements under the guidance of the Manager.

You will perform variance analysis, maintain reporting schedules, monitor compliance with policies, and coordinate with finance teams to resolve routine matters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
• Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist in performing analysis for periodic management, committee, and Board-related reporting.
• Perform preliminary financial performance and monitor the submission of variance analysis and follow up with finance teams for explanations and supporting information.
• Maintain reporting schedules and trackers and follow up on outstanding submissions to support timely reporting.
• Assist in monitoring compliance with Group financial policies, SOPs, reporting requirements and key financial controls, and highlight exceptions for review.
• Track operational finance issues, audit or review findings and corrective actions, and elevate overdue or significant matters to the Manager.
• Assist in preparing information for financial submissions, disclosures, solvency reviews and external audit requirements.
• Work closely with finance teams within KPJ Group and other relevant functions to obtain information and support resolution of routine matters.
