Job summary

Percetakan Mun Sun Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Store/Warehouse Executive to manage inventory, warehouse operations, material movements, and stock accuracy within our manufacturing facility. You will ensure efficient storage, issuance, and control of raw materials, consumables, and finished goods while maintaining proper documentation.

The role collaborates with Sales, Production, Purchasing, and Logistics to keep material flow smooth.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, warehouse management, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse, storekeeping, or inventory control, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in printing, packaging, paper converting, or related industries is an added advantage.
• Proficient in inventory management and warehouse operations.
• Strong knowledge of Excel and inventory/ERP systems.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage receiving, storing, issuing, and dispatching of materials and finished products.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure inventory accuracy through regular stock counts and cycle counts.
• Update inventory transactions accurately in the ERP system.
• Coordinate with Sales, Production, Purchasing, and Logistics to ensure smooth material flow.
• Verify incoming deliveries against Purchase Orders and Delivery Orders.
• Prepare and maintain warehouse records, reports, and documentation.
• Arrange proper storage and labeling of materials for easy identification and traceability.
• Monitor warehouse housekeeping and ensure safety compliance.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies, damages, or stock losses.
• Assist in annual stock take and inventory audits.
• Organize loading and unloading activities efficiently.
