Job summary

FL PRECISION (M) SDN.BHD is seeking an Inventory Coordinator to manage incoming materials, verify quantities, and ensure accurate labelling and recording in the ERP system. You will coordinate with QC and suppliers to resolve discrepancies and prevent production downtime.

Qualifications

• Experience in stock management and ERP systems is preferred.
• Knowledge of FIFO/FEFO and 5S practices is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming materials, verify quantities, part numbers, descriptions, and PO/DO.
• Check packaging, damage, expiry dates, and batch numbers.
• Coordinate with QC and suppliers to resolve discrepancies and ensure proper labelling.
• Maintain accurate stock records in ERP; monitor stock levels and perform cycle counts.
• Issue materials to production and other departments with proper approvals.
• Ensure correct item, quantity and lot number are issued; arrange urgent deliveries if needed.
• Follow 5S practices, storage guidelines, and semiconductor-specific handling (ESD, moisture-sensitive storage).
• Maintain traceability of part numbers, batch numbers, and expiry dates.
