Job summary

YFL (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Warehouse Inventory Supervisor to oversee daily inventory operations and ensure accurate stock management in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The role focuses on maintaining WMS integrity, monitoring stock movement, supporting stock counts and audits, and resolving discrepancies to improve inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in inventory, warehouse, or logistics operations.
• Strong understanding of Inventory Management processes.
• Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS) preferred.
• Familiar with stock count, stock reconciliation, and inventory audit processes.
• Good attention to detail, problem-solving and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain all inventory management activities including replenishment, system matching, pick face setup, zoning and related processes to ensure physical and system stock accuracy
• Ensure integrity and accuracy of Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Maintain and update master data in WMS accurately
• Ensure all stock movement records are updated accurately and on time through internal audit checks
• Plan, coordinate and execute internal and external stock counts and audits
• Investigate inventory discrepancies, stock issues, and customer complaints to identify root causes and resolution
• Support WMS-related processes including troubleshooting, issue resolution and system improvements
• Coordinate closely with internal departments and warehouse teams for inventory activities
• Conduct training related to Inventory Management and WMS processes
• Support system setup and migration for new customer onboarding
• Ensure proper documentation is maintained and updated
• Monitor pallet tracking and inventory movement control
• Perform additional duties assigned by superior when required

This role is responsible for maintaining WMS integrity, monitoring stock movement, supporting stock counts and audits, and resolving inventory discrepancies to ensure overall inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.

Job Responsibilities
