Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in inventory planning, supply chain operations, strategic planning, and performance management.
• Proven track record in developing operational strategies, inventory optimization initiatives, and continuous improvement programs.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with a high level of attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain inventory forecasts through analysis of demand trends and inventory performance.
• Monitor inventory metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives for accuracy and utilization.
• Manage allocation, distribution, procurement, and replenishment to ensure stock availability and continuity.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize inventory flow and fulfillment operations.
• Identify risks, mitigate shortages, and develop contingency plans for outages and disruptions.
