Job summary

Keysight Technologies Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a seasoned inventory planning specialist to lead global monthly material projections and optimize stock levels. You will partner with Product Line, Program Office and Operations Finance to drive insights and improve internal controls.

Responsibilities include leveraging Spotfire, Incorta, and Power BI for data analysis, delivering detailed reports, and managing E&O and CM claims to maximize recovery in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Supply Chain, or equivalent.
• Typically 6-8 years of experience in strategic procurement/inventory/supply chain management.
• Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Power BI, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong business sense with understanding of supply chain and planning fundamentals.
• Excellent analytic and data interpretation skills.
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and deliver results.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong leadership and proactive approach to dynamic environments.
• Detail oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of comprehensive monthly inventory projections globally for raw materials.
• Collaborate with Product Line and Program Office to align efforts and improve internal controls for inventory optimization.
• Use Spotfire, Incorta, and Power BI to process and analyze inventory data.
• Provide detailed inventory analyses and reports to key business partners like Product Line and Operations Finance.
• Review inventory profiling and aging to optimize stock and reduce risk.
• Review and optimize safety stock settings for raw materials to balance levels and supply risk.
• Manage Excess & Obsolete (E&O) and Contract Material (CM) claims quarterly, driving recoveries.
