Job summary

Keysight Technologies in Penang seeks a seasoned supply chain professional to lead monthly global inventory projections for raw materials, collaborating with Product Line and Program Office to align goals.

You will analyze data using Power BI, Excel and PowerPoint, generate detailed reports for stakeholders, optimize safety stock, and manage E&O and CM excess reductions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Supply Chain or equivalent.
• Typically 6-8 years of experience in strategic procurement/inventory/supply chain management.
• Experience with Microsoft Office tools including Power BI, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong business sense with understanding of supply chain and planning fundamentals.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to relay large amounts of information.
• Proven ability to interact with cross-functional teams and deliver results.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Strong leadership and proactive approach in a dynamic environment.
• Detail oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of monthly global inventory projections for raw materials.
• Collaborate with Product Line and Program Office as key stakeholders.
• Use Spotfire, Incorta and Power BI to analyze inventory data.
• Provide detailed inventory reports to key business partners.
• Review inventory profiling and aging to optimize stock and reduce risk.
• Review and optimize safety stock settings for raw materials.
• Manage Excess & Obsolete and Contract Material excess claims quarterly.
