Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduates may apply; 1–2 years in sourcing, inventory management, or related fields is a plus.
• Experience in FMCG, retailing, or manufacturing is preferred if available.
• Knowledge of RFQ, quotation analysis, vendor management and PO coordination.
• Proficiency in Excel and SAP/ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end sourcing activities including RFQ preparation and quotation analysis.
• Coordinate purchase orders and support supplier management.
• Assist in NPD and SKU launches from sourcing to availability.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock availability.
• Update data in SAP/ERP for visibility and reporting.
• Prepare sourcing and procurement documentation per procedures.
• Demonstrate ownership and accountability in assigned tasks.
