Job summary

DKSH Management Ltd. in Petaling Jaya is seeking an Assistant Inventory Management to support sourcing, procurement, and inventory control within the FMCG Retailing environment.

You will help ensure smooth product launches and supply continuity across the Sourcing & Inventory Management function. Ideal candidates have a relevant degree, familiarity with RFQ processes, vendor management, and strong Excel/SAP skills.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in supply chain management, procurement, business administration or related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome; 1–2 years in sourcing or inventory management is a plus.
• Experience in FMCG/retail/manufacturing preferred.
• Knowledge of RFQ, quotation analysis, vendor management, and PO coordination.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end sourcing activities including RFQ prep and quotation analysis.
• Coordinate purchase orders and assist supplier management for timely delivery.
• Assist in NPD and SKU launches from sourcing to availability.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock availability.
• Update data in SAP/ERP systems for visibility and reporting.
• Prepare and maintain sourcing and procurement documentation.
• Demonstrate ownership of tasks and escalate issues when needed.
• Execute administrative and coordination tasks as required.
