Job summary

Tunamaya Beach & Spa Resort - Desaru in Malaysia is seeking a Warehouse/Store Keeper to receive requisition orders from department heads, prepare items for issuing, and issue them to the respective departments in a timely and accurate manner.

You will maintain tight control on stock movements, keep inventories up to date, direct loading and storage of goods to the correct store room, handle internal hotel deliveries of surplus furniture and merchandise, and ensure records of deliveries and

Responsibilities

• Receive requisition orders from department heads, prepare them for issuing, and issue them to the respective departments
• Maintain tight control on stock movements and ensure all items are inventoried and issued correctly
• Direct and store all goods during loading to the right store room
• Make internal hotel deliveries of surplus office furniture and merchandise; maintain records of all deliveries
• Receive and store documents and confidential files; maintain records of approved document destruction
• Maintain the warehouse, records area and stores area in a neat and orderly manner
• Responsible for acceptance and rough checks on all items entering the hotel by volume and quality
• Perform any other duties set by company policies, Management or direct superior and not included in the above job description.
