Job summary

Loka Made Pte Ltd is seeking a responsible Storekeeper to join our warehouse team in Malaysia. The role focuses on maintaining accurate inventory records, organizing stock, and supporting daily warehouse operations.

Responsibilities include monitoring stock levels, coordinating with procurement for replenishment, inspecting inbound goods, and ensuring data accuracy in our inventory system using Excel and Dynamod.

Qualifications

• SPM qualification or above.
• Looking for candidates interested in long-term employment.
• Proficient computer knowledge and willingness to learn inventory systems.
• Basic Excel skills are preferred.
• Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Inventory Monitoring: maintain accurate stock levels for finished products and packaging materials.
• Procurement Coordination: coordinate with the procurement team when stock levels are low for timely replenishment.
• Inbound Logistics & Quality Control: receive and inspect incoming goods; verify PO quantity and condition.
• Data Management: record and update stock movements in the inventory system; use Excel and Dynamod for tracking.
