Job summary

Q-Dees Worldwide Edusystems in Malaysia is seeking a Storekeeper / Warehouse Assistant in Kelana Jaya, Selangor to ensure efficient, organised warehouse operations and accurate inventory handling.

You will receive, inspect, and record goods, manage stock movements, pick/pack/dispatch orders, conduct regular stock counts, maintain a clean, safe warehouse, and assist with ad-hoc tasks as required. This full-time role offers a competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Storekeeper, Warehouse Assistant, or similar role.
• Good numeracy and IT skills, with experience using warehouse management systems.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently.
• Proactive and reliable approach to work.
• Ability to work well as part of a team and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming goods to ensure they match the order and are in good condition.
• Accurately record all inventory movements, including stock levels, transfers, and dispatch.
• Pick, pack, and dispatch centre orders in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain the warehouse in a clean, safe, and organised condition.
• Assist with regular stock takes and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Support the warehouse team with ad-hoc tasks as required.
