• Control stock movements and ensure correct inventory.
• Direct and store goods during loading.
• Deliver surplus office furniture and merchandise.
• Receive and store documents and confidential files.
• Maintain the warehouse and stores area orderly.
• Acceptance checks on items entering the hotel.
• Perform other duties as directed.

• To receive requisition orders from the various department heads, prepare them for issuing and issue them to the respective departments.
• To keep a tight control on stock movements and ensure all items are inventoried and issued correctly at all times.
• Able to direct and store all goods during loading to the right store room.
• Makes internal hotel deliveries of requested surplus office furniture and merchandise; maintains records of all deliveries.
• Receives and stores documents and confidential files; maintains record of approved document and confidential file destruction.
• Maintains the warehouse, records area, and stores area in a neat and orderly manner.
• Responsible for acceptance and rough checks on all items entering the hotel by volume and quality.
• To perform any other duties set by company policies, Management or direct superiors and not included in the above job description.
