Job summary

Tropica Beauty Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a warehouse assistant to receive, check and record incoming goods, and to organise and maintain stock in designated storage areas. You will prepare and issue stock per orders, monitor levels and perform regular stock counts.

Responsibilities include updating inventory records, checking quantities and expiry dates, labelling, and ensuring store cleanliness and safety. You will assist with loading/unloading and other warehouse tasks as required.

Responsibilities

• Receive, check and record incoming goods and stock.
• Arrange and store products in the designated storage areas properly.
• Prepare and issue stock according to orders or company requirements.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure sufficient stock availability.
• Conduct regular stock counting and assist with stock reconciliation.
• Update and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Check product quantity, condition and expiry dates where applicable.
• Ensure proper labelling and arrangement of products in the warehouse.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety and proper organisation of the store area.
• Assist with loading, unloading, packing and moving goods when required.
• Report damaged, missing or insufficient stock to the supervisor.
• Assist in stock take, inventory audits and warehouse-related activities.
• Ensure all stock movement is properly recorded and documented.
• Perform other duties related to store and warehouse operations as assigned by the Management.
