Job summary

Kah Sheng Agro Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking an Administration Executive to maintain and update inventory records, handle stock movements, and support production operations. You will ensure timely entry of stock data and generate routine reports to support supply chain activities.

You will coordinate with Production, QA and Sales teams, prepare production documents and quotations, assist with stock reconciliations, and compile delivery notes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in administration or similar role.
• Experience with inventory management and stock reconciliation is a plus.
• Familiarity with QA documentation and production records is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update inventory records in the company's inventory system.
• Record incoming, outgoing and transferred stock accurately and on time; monitor balances.
• Coordinate with Production and other relevant personnel to verify stock movements.
• Assist with stock reconciliation and physical stock counts.
• Prepare daily, weekly or monthly inventory reports as required.
• Maintain daily production records and collect production data from the Production team.
• Record production output, material usage and wastage; assist in preparing schedules and related docs.
• Monitor submission of required production records and follow up on incomplete information.
• Assist the QA team with documentation, filing and record keeping.
• Coordinate customer orders with Production, Inventory and Delivery teams; follow up on order status and delivery arrangements.
