Mastering Services Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Coordinator to allocate products to retail outlets and monitor stock levels across multiple stores. You will prepare replenishment requests and ensure timely distribution to support daily operations.
The role requires strong Excel skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work independently or in a team. Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia proficiency is preferred for communication with clients.
Allocate products and inventory to retail outlets based on stock availability, store requirements, and business needs.
Monitor store inventory levels and identify replenishment requirements.
Prepare and process allocation and replenishment requests accurately and on time.
Ensure products are distributed appropriately across stores to support daily operations.
2. Inventory Planning & Monitoring
Monitor inventory levels across retail outlets and identify potential overstock or stock shortage.
Track stock movement and replenishment status.
Assist in maintaining healthy inventory levels across stores.
Follow up on inventory-related issues and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution.
3. Data & Business Analysis
Prepare and maintain inventory and allocation reports using Microsoft Excel.
Analyse inventory and sales data to identify trends, discrepancies, and replenishment needs.
Use PivotTables, lookup functions, and basic formulas to manage and analyse data.
Provide accurate data and reports to support inventory and operational decisions.
4. Coordination & Operational Follow-up
Coordinate with internal departments and retail outlets regarding stock allocation, replenishment, and inventory matters.
Follow up on outstanding inventory and operational issues.
Ensure necessary actions are completed within the required timeline.
Communicate with relevant teams to resolve discrepancies or stock-related issues.
5. General Responsibilities
Maintain accurate inventory and allocation records.
Perform routine data entry and checking with a high level of accuracy.
Assist with ad-hoc inventory and operational projects when required.
Support the team in improving inventory and allocation processes.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, lookup functions, and basic data analysis.
Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented and able to perform routine allocation work accurately and consistently.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Able to work independently as well as in a team.
