Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or related field.
• 2–3 years in material management and supply/inventory planning; chemical industry preferred.
• Strong SAP MM knowledge and MS Excel; IBP or similar planning tools a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory to optimum level by forecasting vs historical demand and maintain stock policy.
• Lead monthly S&OP reviews to align demand forecasts with supply plans.
• Manage replenishment through STO/PO execution and coordinate with suppliers.
• Optimize inventory to meet targets for inventory, service, and working capital.
• Monitor aging/slow-moving inventory and minimize obsolescence.
• Develop replenishment plans and maintain master data for accurate planning.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Quality, and Supply Chain to ensure continuity.
• Oversee stock takes, product labeling, and compliance with procedures.
