Job summary

Executive Compass is seeking a skilled Supply Chain Planning Lead in Kedah, Malaysia to oversee demand planning, master production scheduling, and inventory optimization. You will align forecast with S&OP, drive executable production plans, and partner with purchasing to manage material availability risks.

You will monitor KPIs such as on-time delivery, forecast accuracy, and plan adherence, leading a team to sustain efficient operations in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, management, engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in supervisory/managerial planning roles in production control/S&OP/manufacturing environments.
• Hands-on familiarity with SAP, MES, or ERP/MRP tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee demand consolidation and S&OP integration.
• Lead master production scheduling to align capacity and plans.
• Drive inventory optimization and address material availability risks.
• Monitor KPIs: On-Time Delivery, forecast accuracy, and plan adherence.
