Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma in Warehouse, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in inventory management, warehousing, or related operations.
• Experience working with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP or similar).
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis, macros).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory accuracy across all warehouses in the country.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies with 3PL and internal departments; perform root cause analysis.
• Generate inventory replenishment reports aligned to production plans.
• Perform system inventory transactions including stock requests, adjustments, returns and transfers.
• Execute and govern cycle counts for internal and 3PL warehouses with variance analysis.
• Collaborate with global inventory control to improve procedures and processes.
• Support inventory audits and compliance activities; maintain documentation accuracy.
• Monitor variances, ageing, and slow-moving stock; provide regular reports to stakeholders.

## Inventory CoordinatorApply: Johor Bahru, Malaysia: Full time: Posted Today: JR\\_054267**Role Summary** A key team member to our Warehouse and Logistics Operations, the Inventory Coordinator partners closely with internal stakeholders and third-party logistics providers (3PLs) to maintain accurate inventory levels and inventory record integrity across all warehouses within the country.
