Job summary

Safe Truck Sdn Bhd in Butterworth, Penang, is seeking an Inventory Coordinator to manage GPS devices, MDVR systems, and related products on site. You will monitor stock levels, verify movements, and keep precise records to support smooth operations.

The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with the inventory team, procurement, schedulers, and technicians to ensure timely stock availability and accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; certification in inventory management is a plus.
• Proven experience in inventory coordination, stock control, or a similar role.
• Proficiency with inventory management software, Excel, Word and Google Workspace.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels of GPS devices, MDVR systems, and related products.
• Verify and reconcile stock movements; document transactions per policy.
• Generate inventory reports and provide insights for optimization.
• Coordinate with procurement, schedulers and technicians for stock delivery.
• Ensure quality control and maintain a clean, organized warehouse.
• Record and track returned devices and support packing for technicians.
